“I am the proud new owner of my lovely Seat Ibiza! Thanks to Dawn for her excellent Customer Service skills. Lovely showroom, everything is explained in great detail. Nothing is hidden. It does take around 4-5hrs so be prepared BUT considering you may drive away that day in a lovely new car it is definately worth all the amount of time it takes . This is the ideal opportunity to build your credit rating back up. There are not a vast amount of cars in the showroom but they do question you before hand what you have in mind. You get to test drive each car you fancy without being forced into any decision. Dawn was very patient we did not feel pressured to rush our decision either. It is quite a lot of paperwork but this in the long run makes sense to get things right on paper before you pick a car. Not ideal maybe for young children but there was a TV there and snacks available. On the whole I found the experience effortless. Just make sure you have all your documents before you go ! The reminder off Dawn helps. We did meet the Manager Mark at the end aswell which was good business too. Thanks to ACF Finance we are now happy with our new car!!!!!”
